You provide: account info (e.g., email/username), messages you send to support.
Collected automatically: device & app data (model, OS, app version), crash logs, general region/language, gameplay stats (scores, modes, session times).
Purchases: item, price, receipt (payments processed by Apple/Google; we don’t store card data).
How we use data
Run core features (daily word, gameplay, basic matchmaking).
Save progress, show leaderboards, prevent abuse.
Fix bugs and improve performance.
Show and measure ads.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal data. We share only with service providers who help us operate the app (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting, IAP/ads) under contracts that limit their use of data. We may disclose if required by law or during a merger/acquisition.
Data retention
Gameplay/account data: kept while your account is active and then deleted within up to 24 months (earlier on request unless law requires longer).
Crash/analytics: typically 12–24 months in aggregated form.
Support emails: up to 24 months.

Children
ChatterArt is for ages 13+ (or local equivalent). We don’t knowingly collect data from children. Contact us to remove any such data.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes may be shown in-app.
